cv999 single VIP — Weekly Cashback from Bronze to Platinum
The cv999 single VIP program is built for regular players who want a little extra value at the end of each week. Split across four tiers, the program offers weekly cashback based on net loss.
The Four VIP Tiers and Cashback Rates
The cv999 single VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier pays cashback based on the week's net loss. The higher the tier, the higher the cashback rate.

- 24/7 support access
- First step into VIP
Silver
- Double the cashback of Bronze
- Priority support
- Next step for regular players
Gold
- High weekly cashback
- Access to special promotions
- Preferred tier for experienced players
Platinum
- Highest weekly cashback
- Exclusive VIP benefits
- cv999 single's top tier
How Weekly Cashback Works
Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the full week — that is, your net loss. Your VIP tier rate is then applied to that net loss amount.
For example, say you wagered ৳25,000 in a week and won ৳5,000 — your net loss is ৳20,000. Your tier rate is applied to that amount.
One important point: if your net loss for a week is zero — meaning you came out ahead rather than behind — no cashback is paid for that week. Cashback only applies when there is a net loss.
The net loss is calculated using data from the full week, Monday through Sunday.
This is the maximum possible — at Gold tier, you can receive up to 0.9% cashback on your weekly net loss.
How to Move Up the Tiers
Tier placement in the cv999 single VIP program is based on overall play consistency and activity — no specific deposit or turnover thresholds are published. Playing regularly and actively across different game categories will gradually move you up.
Play Regularly
Staying consistently active is taken into account by the platform. Keep regular sessions on Slots or Live Casino.
Play Across Categories
Rather than sticking to one type of game, try Casino, Sports Betting, or Fishing games as well.
Keep Your Account Active
Being inactive for a long time may slow your tier progress. Try to stay at least somewhat active each week.
Maintain Your Tier
Once you reach a higher tier, regular participation is also important to stay there.

Balancing Cashback and Responsible Gaming
The VIP program is a rewards system — it should never be a reason to play more. Trying to increase your net loss just to earn cashback is harmful.
Set a fixed budget before each session and do not go beyond it. Stay calm whether you win or lose. Avoid the urge to place bigger bets to recover losses.
cv999 single believes that entertainment is the main purpose of gaming. If you feel that your play is getting out of control, read the Responsible Gaming page — it has information on setting limits and getting help.
If the pressure of maintaining your VIP tier is taking the enjoyment out of playing, taking a break is the right call. The support team is available 24/7 in Bengali and English.
All casino and betting services at cv999 single are for persons aged 21 and above only. Read the Terms and Conditions to learn about the rules and policies of play.
